  • All Cable-Amplifiers.com products are FACTORY NEW, with full manufacturer's warranty. Our products are never second-hand merchandise, stolen cable company property, used or refurbished equipment. 

  • Viewsonics does NOT provide end-user warranty repair. You must return the product to your dealer for warranty replacement. Cable-Amplifiers.com provides warranty repair/replacement. 

  • All warranty returns/repairs must be sent to Cable-Amplifiers.com PREPAID.
     

  • Any item returned C.O.D. or postage due will not be accepted.

  • You must obtain a return authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any warranted product

  • Items returned for repair may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. If replacement is required, you may receive a factory refurbished replacement, or a new amplifier with comparable specifications.


What We Need From You:
 

If a product is under manufacturers warranty and needs to be returned, we need the following information from you. Obtain the information requested below and send it to us via email. In most cases we will provide an RMA within 48 hours.

Please provide:

The original date of purchase
The invoice and or shop order number
The full name the order was placed under
Confirmed credit card shipping address
The product description
Manufacturer date code (stamped on back of product)
A detailed description of the problem

WE CAN NOT ISSUE RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS OVER THE PHONE. 
YOUR REQUEST MUST BE IN WRITING.

 


If you have a warranty return, contact us and we will assist with technical support to determine if a return is indeed necessary.  After this determination is made, we will give you the information you need to return an item for repair or replacement. This will include a Return Merchandise Authorization number, address where the product needs to be returned, and return packaging instructions. The RMA# must be placed on the exterior of the package to be accepted as a warranty returned item. NO RETURNS are accepted without an RMA number. 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK TO US FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR WITHOUT OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE!
